Submit Your Event

After successful registration and activation of your desired plan, you will be able to submit your events and booking on our website. You can submit your event as per your preference.

How to add an event?

Fill up basic details

After successful registration user first needs to fill- out the required detail about the event. Under the time zone section user need to put UTC+5:30 Time zone for India. You can search time zone details in the google search option by typing my time zone or typing your country name with the word time zone.

Choose event type.

Under the "basic" option user need to choose the event type. Note- Online events are more helpful for more leads for the business.

Add Images

Add feature images and gallery images. Images will make your event more attractive. Feature image size should be 1920 x 739px and, gallery images size should be 710 x 480px.

Add Ticket

The user needs to add a ticket. The ticket option is the way to collect payment from the attendee. Even users can add more than one ticket. For example, if the user would allow specific ticket discount rates for children, they can add another ticket. A ticket can add from the "Add new ticket" option. Select the following options, as shown under the picture.

If you want to allow only one person to buy one ticket, not more than one, then "the maximum number of tickets for one purchase" must be one.

Private description

This section could see only when the attendee buys or book the ticket. In this section, the user can add those details that the user wants to only give after confirming the booking from the attendee, for example, the zoom meeting link and zoom meeting password to join a meeting on zoom.

Add Calendar

The user needs to add a calendar. With the help of the calendar, the attendee can choose their preferred time or date for booking. In this way, the user will also get benefits and can give only those times to the attendee when they will be available for them.
